Henry Nwaigbudu

Henry Ugochukwu Nwaigbudu is a legal, corporate governance and financial services professional with over 18 years of experience across investment management, regulatory compliance, corporate services and legal advisory.

He is the Company Secretary and Head of Corporate Services & Legal at Cowry Asset Management Limited, a role he has held since 2013. Previously, he served as Head of Cowry's Abuja Branch and Deputy Analyst.

Henry holds an LL.B from Abia State University and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, and has extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory affairs, legal advisory and strategic administration.
