What We Do
Cowry Asset Management Limited is an investment banking firm incorporated on February 22, 2005. We are licensed by the Securities & Exchange Commission as an issuing house, financial adviser, underwriter, and venture capital manager. With subsidiaries in Asset Management, Consulting, Securities trading, Real estate, and Funds management, we have evolved into a financial supermarket. Cowry Asset has been involved in several fundraising exercises in the Capital Market for both public/private companies and governments through public offers, rights issues, private placements, corporate and government bonds, etc, as a financial adviser, issuing house, and underwriter.
